Right now the max wind speed for Edouard is 65 mph... which is borderline on if we need to put boards up or not. However, since we didn't know what we had (the previous owner left a couple pre-cut boards) we thought we'd spend the extra time figuring it out & then working on the rest. And since none of the other neighbors had anything else to do either we got some help and some additional power tools. Overall we did great and the semi circle windows became our expertise - although I have to admit we didn't finish everything and will be working on a couple other windows over the next weekend.
