First was Paul's first 5K - our local high school runs it to raise college scholarship money. We were both really excited about it - and finished in good time! It was really great running together through it too.

The next thing on the plate was taking care of our neighbor's puppy Chuy (pronounced chew-ey for his biting habbit). Chuy is an adorable but super hyper laberdoddle. He was quite a handful, but also fun! We took him on our runs to try to get all the energy out... but he always found some more later!
Last, I was very excited to receive 2 team awards at work for the time period when I was our group's increment lead. My Mom and Todd were able to use some frequent flier miles to come down for the awards night and celebrate with us too.
All that along with our Big Bend Camping trip makes May one of busiest and best months yet! Pictures from Big Bend to come shortly...
