A trip over the pond...

A month or so ago we did a trip over the pond to visit Paul's family in England. We had a fantastic time, and spent a lot of it getting to know Paul's sis Lucia better. She is growing up to be the cutest little girl ever with big blue eyes (it runs in the family) and blond hair that curls at the ends naturally! I had a hard time not calling her Dolly.

It was also some good R&R time for us - taking it easy, sleeping in, getting back into running - and we even spent the last day soaking it up at spa hotel...

And finally we spent a lot of good time with Paul's Gran celebrating her 90th Birthday! We talked a lot about WWII and her time in London during the Blitz, it was really great to take the time to learn about her history.
