Wyatt is two months old today! This month has been fantastic - with lots of visiting family for the holidays and each day Wyatt becoming more alert and happy! He now is very active whenever he is awake - and always needing something! He lets us know immediately when he wants something different.
The best are his smiles - which started this month and are now frequent and with purpose! He smiles when we sing to him or make funny faces - most often when we talk. He also coos back to us or sometimes even to get our attention.
Wyatt officially weighed in at 14 lbs 7 oz today - so I'm calling him my big hunk! He's grown out of most of his 3 month clothes now.
He still dislikes the car :( and is unhappy 90% of the time when we put him in the car seat... but he usually likes walks in his stroller or his carrier. It took some time - but now he prefers to spend most of the day in the baby bjorn facing out! Paul and I will put on music and dance or clean up around the house - but we have to stay in motion! He also still loves mirrors and his changing table on the bathroom counter! He smiles more there than anywhere else!
Wyatt will only cuddle in motion - no laying around! So we cuddle on the exercise ball while bouncing - he often gets put to bed that way too. And if nothing else works he is always calmed by the sound of the vacuum cleaner.
